Located in Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona), Morchem supply polyurethane resins and dispersions for applications such as flexible packaging, textile tamination, graphic arts, synthetic leather, printing inks, and other technical applications.

PUD’s

NMP free and VOC free PU dispersions for use in water based coatings and adhesives. The main benefits of these products are their easy film forming, great transparency, excellent adhesion on versatile substrates and wide range of harnesses to meet customer needs.

Applications include construction, automotive, plastic and metal coatings, paints, lamination adhesives, leather and footwear.

Polyurethane resins and modifiers 

Aliphatic and tin-free elastomeric polyurethanes new generation are successfully used in flexo and gravure universal laminating ink systems providing specific features as: direct pigment gridding, excellent adhesion, low odour/solvent retention, no yellowing performance, excellent anti-blocking, heat resistance and high solid content.
